Are you a hands-on leader with strong warehouse experience? Do you excel at managing teams and ensuring efficient operations? Precision Lumping Services is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our container unloading operations and hourly workers at one of our warehouse locations.

About Us:

We specialize in unloading containers efficiently with production-based lumpers, helping warehouses save time and money. Our teams include hourly workers operating on MODs, pickers, forklift operators, reach truck drivers, and more.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team of lumpers, operators, and warehouse staff. You must have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and productivity-based workflows. You will work closely with upper management and team leads to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily unloading operations and ensure production goals are met.

· Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including lumpers, pickers, forklift operators, and reach truck drivers.

· Train and mentor employees on proper techniques and company procedures.

· Monitor MOD system performance and ensure accurate tracking of work.

· Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Communicate with upper management regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Strong warehouse experience, preferably in unloading and container operations.

· Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing operational needs.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
