Experienced Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while maintaining a high level of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with health department standards.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive timely service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours such as nightclub operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
