Molly Maid is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Office Manager to support daily operations and drive sales growth. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in customer service, sales, and team coordination while keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home and over-the-phone estimates with potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional phone etiquette
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Manage and support office staff and field teams
- Coordinate and oversee a small company vehicle fleet
- Track leads, sales activity, and customer information (CRM experience a plus)
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and workflow management
- Laundry for cleaning rags is a daily task
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Proven ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- College Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous office management experience
- CRM or scheduling software experience
- Experience in service-based or home services industries
