As a Microsoft Application Developer Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in migrating applications from legacy mainframe platforms to modernized Microsoft platforms. You'll implement Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions, reducing the number of platforms supported, and providing support for existing pension system modules. Collaborating closely with the user community, you'll define granular requirements, translate them into user stories, and deliver actionable solutions through design, development, testing, and implementation.

Your Impact
Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and developing C# applications, utilizing the .NET framework, and leveraging technologies like WPF, XAML, and Azure DevOps. By participating in peer code reviews and collaborating with your team, you'll contribute to creating error-free, secure, and high-quality code. What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing C# applications.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, software architecture, and development best practices.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, TFS, and related development tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with users and convey technical information effectively.
