Restaurant General Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and preparation standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and expense management.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
• Experience in team management and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is preferred.
• Background in quick service fast food restaurants or hotels is a plus.

Pay: $60, $66,925.00 per year
