Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects
• Recommend and implement efficient solutions
• Test systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete jobs on schedule
• Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Solid mechanical knowledge and HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in refrigeration systems and components
• Comfortable with field service work, including repairs and customer communication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Familiarity with HVAC-related building codes and safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driving required)
• Welding experience for HVAC/R system installations (Weld)
• Basic plumbing skills for connecting water lines to HVAC systems (Plumb)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
