Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and service-minded professional to join our team as an Insurance Accountant Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and confidently talking to people about their insurance needs.

You will handle both service and sales, helping customers with existing policies while also offering additional coverages and quoting new business. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys conversation, and is excited by both helping and selling.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing customers by answering questions, processing changes, and ensuring policy accuracy.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate quotes and uncover new opportunities.
• Educate customers on insurance options based upon their needs and goals.
• Assist walk-in customers and manage incoming calls and emails.
• Meet weekly activity and sales goals
• Maintain a positive, team-focused, community-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator - confident on the phone and in person
• People-first mindset - service-oriented with a natural ability to build rapport
• Growth-driven - comfortable offering additional products to meet needs
• Quick learner - able to understand and explain insurance products
• Organized and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in sales, customer service or insurance is preferred (but not required)
