We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our cutting-edge engineering team. Duties

  • Design, develop, and validate electrical systems and components using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
  • Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts for electronic circuits utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Develop firmware and embedded software for microcontrollers (ARM, Arduino) using languages like C++, Python, Perl, MATLAB, and scripting languages.
  • Implement FPGA designs with SystemVerilog and Simulink for high-performance digital applications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on electrical failures or system malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and vision inspection systems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into mechanical assemblies employing surface mount technology (SMT) and soldering techniques.
  • Perform signal processing tasks to optimize system performance in applications involving quantum engineering or advanced sensor technologies.
  • Support manufacturing processes by developing manufacturing-ready designs compliant with NEC standards and surface mount technology requirements.
  • Utilize CAD software like Revit or MicroStation for system layout planning and documentation.
  • Engage in project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues through debugging techniques, firmware updates, or hardware adjustments.
  • Participate in system design reviews, testing protocols, and validation procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.

Experience

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering with a strong background in circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with FPGA development (using SystemVerilog), embedded programming (C++, Python), and firmware development for microcontrollers such as ARM or Arduino platforms.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks for schematic creation and mechanical-electrical integration.
  • Knowledge of signal processing techniques and their application within complex electronic systems.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), manufacturing processes, surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and electrical troubleshooting methods.
  • Understanding of industry standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code) for safety compliance.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on electrical failures using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters or vision inspection systems.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to system design is advantageous for integrated projects involving mechanical components or enclosures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills complemented by experience in debugging hardware/software issues efficiently.
