Role Description We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Design Professional to design, maintain, and improve clients websites and can also develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have strong UI/UX knowledge, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in web development tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Maintain and update existing websites to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement website features.
Optimize website layouts for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and fast loading speed.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, paid ads).
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitors.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with design and development teams for landing pages, ad creatives, and website updates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce websites.
Knowledge of basic graphic design and branding principles.
Familiarity with website security and performance optimization techniques.
Experience in lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier).
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Academy.
