Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be responsible for cycle counting, conducting physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies, and managing inventory data within our warehouse management system. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of inventory control principles within a logistics environment. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to identify and resolve inventory issues, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses. Proficiency in using scanning equipment and inventory software is required. Safety is a priority, and you will ensure all storage and handling procedures comply with Safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While not a primary function, some light Lifting may be required. This position offers a great opportunity to take ownership of inventory accuracy and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
