We are looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our busy team in San Antonio, Texas! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key duties include using RF scanners, managing inventory within your work area, and ensuring all orders are processed correctly through our logistics system. Safety is a top priority; adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, can work quickly and accurately, and are comfortable with frequent Lifting and physical activity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to perform tasks requiring speed and accuracy.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Understanding of fulfillment processes and basic logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
