Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as directed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to Safety and maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
