Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas! This is a versatile role crucial for the smooth operation of our warehouse and Logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and general warehouse maintenance. Your ability to perform physical tasks and maintain a safe work environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, Safety regulations, and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks, involving regular Lifting of items.
- Participate in inventory counts and other operational tasks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics operations is a plus.
