You will be responsible for implementing and managing inventory control procedures, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that our stock records are precise. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be paramount in optimizing inventory levels and minimizing losses. This position plays a key part in our overall logistics operations, ensuring that we have the right products in the right place at the right time. Experience with inventory management software and a solid understanding of warehouse operations are highly desirable. - Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and identify reorder needs.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse and ensure proper documentation.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment safely as needed, ensuring proper PPE is worn.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the logistics operations.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of inventory for a wide range of products.
