Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Strictly follow all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, ensuring proper fit and usage.
- Perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift. Capable of frequent and significant Lifting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to PPE guidelines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This role is essential to our logistics framework and requires a consistent focus on Safety.
