Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, maintaining organization.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Capable of performing regular Lifting duties. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic inventory management principles. Good communication skills. This role is essential to our logistics operations and requires a proactive approach to Safety and efficiency.
