We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota to join our expanding logistics team. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and ensure correct labeling for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying contents.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Strictly follow all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, as required by the task.
- Be prepared for significant Lifting, often exceeding 50 pounds.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous. Physical ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motion, bending, and Lifting. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles. This role involves frequent Lifting and requires standing for extended periods.
