Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound shipments accurately.
- Sort, categorize, and store merchandise efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Use provided PPE consistently and correctly.
- Follow all procedures related to material handling and Lifting to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Good communication skills.
