Join our growing logistics team in Boise, Idaho, as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals to efficiently and accurately pick customer orders for shipment. This role is the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will be responsible for locating products within the warehouse, scanning items, and preparing them for packing and shipping. A good understanding of warehouse layout and product placement is beneficial. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods and involves tasks that require careful attention to detail. We emphasize a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). You will be trained on our picking systems and warehouse procedures. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy is crucial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Scan items to confirm accuracy and update inventory.
- Prepare picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency through timely order completion.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Perform duties involving moderate to heavy lifting.
