Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available for qualified candidates).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is a plus.
- Ability to handle substantial lifting, up to 50 pounds, throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
