We're looking for a motivated and high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a full-time remote position offering an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within our team while building a long-term career in sales.

The ideal candidate is coachable, driven, and eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. The BDR will play a key role in identifying and creating sales opportunities, both through warm lead follow-ups and proactive outreach. You will also be laying the foundation for future growth into a high-income sales closer role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm leads generated through various marketing channels, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to businesses in our niche to generate new sales opportunities. Social Media Outreach: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, generate leads, and invite thought leaders in our niche to be guests on our podcast.

Sales Follow-Up: Assist with follow-up tasks after sales presentations to nurture prospects and drive conversions.

Sales Development: Learn about our agency, services, and industry to prepare for a future sales closer role, where you'll close new business and earn six figures or more annually.

Compensation:

Base salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year (depending on experience).Performance-based bonuses and commissions:

Top performers can earn $60,000+ annually.

Long-term potential to transition into a full-time sales closer role earning $100,000+.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable and confident in engaging prospects via phone, email, and social media.

Coachable and Growth-Oriented: Willing to learn, adapt, and take constructive feedback to improve performance.

Sales-Driven Mindset: A self-starter passionate about achieving targets and a positive attitude toward sales.

Team Player: Collaborative with sales leadership and other team members to achieve collective success.

Experience: Previous sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience is preferred.
