Head Chef – New Restaurant Opening
We're seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary program for an exciting new restaurant opening. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the kitchen, values collaboration, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful, seasonal cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative, seasonal menu that reflects the restaurant's concept
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to service, ensuring consistency and quality
- Recruit, train, and inspire a talented culinary team
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (Sous Chef or Head Chef)
- Strong foundation in seasonal cooking and kitchen management
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage costs and drive efficiency without compromising quality
