Position: Senior Recruiting Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to drive our global talent acquisition strategy and lead a high-performing team from our Alpharetta, GA headquarters. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Direct and mentor onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes, metrics, and reporting.
  • Research and apply best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and client partners.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment costs without compromising quality.
  • Develop social media and communication strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews for key roles and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Interface with clients as needed to support staffing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in end-to-end recruiting management, preferably in IT or technology services.
  • Proven success managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and link business goals to recruiting strategies.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and business-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Exceptional interviewing, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
