Maintenance Technician

The Dover Housing Authority is looking for a dedicated full-time Maintenance Technician to join our highly valued team. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of tasks to maintain the buildings, grounds, and equipment across our properties. We're seeking motivated individuals with strong organizational skills and solid experience in building and grounds maintenance. This position requires availability for 24/7 snow removal during winter months and participation in an on-call rotation for emergency service.

Pay starts at $21–$24 per hour, based on experience, plus full fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Clean criminal background check
