Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Superintendent, located in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include supervising and managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, equipment, materials delivery, and inspecting project sites to maintain project progress and quality control. The Field Superintendent will also ensure compliance with all safety regulations, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to facilitate communication and address any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in construction management, site supervision, and building practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience in communication, team collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in utilizing scheduling tools, project management software, and equipment handling
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of construction site management experience
• Ability to work on-site full time in Miami, FL
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adaptability to challenges
• Experience in the industrial facilities sector (food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing) is a plus
