With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pest control, our leadership team is preparing to launch a full pest control division in 2026. We're building the right foundation now — and that starts with the right Certified Applicator.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable Certified Applicator (CA) who wants to grow with us and become a key partner in our new pest control branch.

This is not a standard technician job.
This is a partnership track opportunity for someone who:

Has 8+ years of experience in the pest control industry
Fully understands CA licensing, state regulations, registration requirements, and compliance
Knows exactly what is required to maintain and keep a CA license in good standing

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

• Hold an active Texas Certified Applicator (CA) license
• Have 8+ years of pest control industry experience
• Understand all regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Maintain a professional, reliable work ethic
• Have a strong understanding of best practices in both residential and commercial pest control
• Be ready for a long-term partnership starting in 2026

Preferred Background

• Experience supervising or training technicians
• Experience launching or managing pest control accounts
• Comfort working with a fast-growing brand
• Strong communication and customer-service skills

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
