Job Description:

Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems. Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system. Follows AIT standards for devices and software. Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices. Leads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe. Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations. Supports audio-video technology with minimal assistance. Creates and references centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases. Performs proficient level repairs for company devices. Works with designated information technology vendors for support. Provides image builds and/or modifications to Senior or ITSS leadership for validation. Provides training and support to relevant staff. Recognizes critical roadblocks and escalates to leadership for resolution. Contributes to maintaining accurate IT inventory using appropriate tracking management software. Other duties as assigned.

Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA A+ Certification (CompTIA-A+) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst) - Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA Network+ - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals series (Cloud, Azure, AI, Data, Security etc.) (FUNDAMENTALS) - Accredited Issuing Body
