Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Elementary Education Teacher based in Houston, TX. The Elementary Education Teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and foster an inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities include tailoring lesson plans to the needs of diverse learners, managing classroom behavior, assessing student progress, and communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff. Collaboration with colleagues and active participation in school activities will also be an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Elementary Education, Teaching, and Curriculum Development.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
• A passion for education and commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
• Experience in or knowledge of bilingual education is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is required.
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level, is desirable.
