CMG Security Services is a licensed and insured security provider in Florida, committed to professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction. We are seeking qualified Security Officers to join our team for event coverage at Orlando Speedworld, a high-energy motorsports and entertainment venue.

Position Overview

Event Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees, staff, and property during events. Officers will monitor crowd activity, enforce venue policies, control access points, and respond to incidents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout assigned post
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Enforce event rules and company policies
• Assist with crowd control and de-escalation when necessary
• Report and document any incidents, accidents, or safety hazards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Work under the direction of the CEO or site supervisor

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Florida Security License D (and G if applicable)
• Valid Florida Driver's License or State ID
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from Orlando Speedworld
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on post for extended periods
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred (but not required)

Compensation & Scheduling

• W-2
• Gusto payroll only ( NO CASH/1099/ZELLE ETC)
• Flexible event-based scheduling (select shifts up to 40 hours per week)
• Weekly pay (based on client
