Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Custom Floors – Indianapolis, IN

Custom Floors is a locally owned flooring and surfaces company serving homeowners, builders, and designers throughout Central Indiana. We are currently hiring a Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, support our sales team, and manage daily front desk and showroom operations.

This is an in-person position located at our showroom.

Job Type

• Full-time preferred
• Part-time candidates will also be considered

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturday shifts: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors as they arrive at the showroom
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Provide front desk and receptionist support for the showroom
• Enter new customers and project details into the CRM system
• Assist customers with basic flooring and product pricing in the showroom
• Support sales staff with administrative and customer service tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Assist with sample organization, check-in, and check-out
• Communicate effectively with sales and operations teams

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM software, and data entry
• Experience in retail, showroom, construction, flooring, or home services is a plus
