We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping customers, supporting sales success, and creating positive experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales and customer calls for stock, non-stock, or direct orders.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Process and enter orders into our management system accurately and efficiently.
• Support the sales team with quotes, order follow-ups, and communication with customers.
• Proactively resolve customer and delivery issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills — able to represent the company positively via phone and email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; AS400 experience a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support preferred.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Experience

• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Sales Support or Related: 1 year (Preferred)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Location

• In person at our Woodlawn, MD office
