Pay Rate: $24-$33/hr. some flex (Night differentials M-F $2.00. Sat-Sun $3.00)

Pay is based on experience level

Location: West Bridgewater MA 02379

Duration: PERM

Hours: Nights= 6pm to 6am

**Required training schedule is on the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm for 90 days **

• Looking for mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong proficiency in pneumatic diagrams and tools, PLC, motor repair and replacement, set up, calibration, changeovers, and filling of packaging machines.
• Strong E/M background and understands wiring for manufacturing and blueprint/schematic interpretation.
• ONLY 15 working days per month
• Guaranteed OT every other week
• 3-day work week is approx. 34 hours
• 4-day work week is approx. 46 hours (guaranteed OT every other week)

**Position summary:

**

Responsible for general machine and company maintenance.

**Qualifications required:

**

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• General maintenance skills
• Knowledge of PLC's a plus
• Knowledge of setting up Camera's a plus
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Electrical background a plus
• Knowledge of heat-sealing process a plus
• Proactive
• Good attitude: ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Good communication skills

**Essential functions and responsibilities:

**

• Routine machine and equipment maintenance and repair
• Product changeovers as needed.
• General building maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Work on continuous improvement projects as needed.
• Notify lead of needed extended repairs and or spare parts.
• Completion of all pertinent maintenance paperwork
• Be part of Corrective Action teams
• Help production team as needed.
• Quality auditing and understanding
• Ability to perform quality testing as needed.
• Report any potential food safety, legality, quality of food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel.
• Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintains product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
• Must follow all company policies and procedures.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position (drug test may be required)
