Industrial Project Coordinator

Hunton Trane, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX ), is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Industrial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers through accurate scheduling updates, purchase order generation, and invoice routing, while maintaining organized and compliant project documentation. This position also plays a key role in compiling client progress reports, managing document control workflows, and ensuring that all project files, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications are tracked and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a process-driven work style, and the ability to coordinate information across multiple stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
