Java Software Engineer

US Citizens / GC / H4 EAD only (W2 under TEK Systems)

Pay Range (W2):

• Level 601 (Junior–Mid | 2–3 yrs): $40 – $50 /hr
• Level 602 (Mid–Senior | 3–5 yrs): $50 – $60 /hr
• Senior / Lead | 7 yrs +: $60 – $75 /hr

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance large-scale, resilient Java systems.
• Participate in agile sprints delivering new features end-to-end.
• Write secure, high-quality code; debug and maintain existing applications.
• Contribute to architecture, design docs, and code reviews.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Analyze data patterns and performance to optimize systems.
• Champion best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Core Skills

• Must Have:
  Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD fundamentals.
• Nice to Have:
  AWS, Kafka, Cassandra, Terraform, JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace.
• Bonus:
  Cloud deployment experience and performance engineering skills.
