Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering design projects (utility, stormwater, land development).
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Supervise design team members and ensure quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with design criteria and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government, regulatory, and funding agencies.
Required Qualifications:
- TN Registered PE or ability to obtain TN licensure within 6 months.
- BSCE from ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and client services.
- Strong engineering design and communication skills.
- Proven experience in client and project development.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local government, utility, and land development projects.
- Familiarity with asset management and data analytics technology for utilities and local governments.
