Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering design projects (utility, stormwater, land development).
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise design team members and ensure quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with design criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government, regulatory, and funding agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• TN Registered PE or ability to obtain TN licensure within 6 months.
• BSCE from ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and client services.
• Strong engineering design and communication skills.
• Proven experience in client and project development.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with local government, utility, and land development projects.
• Familiarity with asset management and data analytics technology for utilities and local governments.
