Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Enablement
- Build and refine structured onboarding workflows tailored to developers, planners, architects, ministries, and enterprise partners.
- Design guided user journeys that walk customers through zoning interpretation, feasibility generation, site planning tools, and reporting workflows.
- Create operational frameworks ensuring customers progress smoothly from trial → activation → adoption → expansion.
Product Operations
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering to translate direct user pain points into structured product requirements.
- Lead coordination of beta programs, feature pilots, user testing sessions, and early-access initiatives.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of customer insights to support roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
Training & Knowledge Management
- Develop scalable training materials such as walkthrough videos, step-by-step guides, templates, workflow maps, and case studies.
- Build a centralized customer resource hub, enabling users to self-serve answers to zoning, feasibility, and modeling questions.
- Standardize all external deliverables, including feasibility reports, zoning summaries, automated memos, and client-ready outputs.
Process Automation
- Implement CRM-powered workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Intercom, etc.) to automate enrollment, onboarding, reminders, and in-app guidance.
- Use AI tools to streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., report generation, Q&A responses, data collection, customer segmentation).
- Ensure onboarding and support processes are measurable, trackable, and optimized using usage analytics.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in SaaS operations, customer success, product operations, or workflow design, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
- Ability to translate technical concepts (zoning logic, feasibility outputs, spatial data, financial modeling) into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong process thinker who thrives in designing clear playbooks, structured workflows, and scalable systems.
- Experience or interest in real estate, city planning, zoning/GIS, architecture, or financial modeling is a strong asset.
- Excellent communicator able to collaborate across Product, Engineering, BD, and Customer teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing structure with rapid iteration.
