Lead HVAC Installer

Kinty Jones Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer / Journeyman to join our team in Rogers, AR. If you're a skilled installer ready to take charge of projects, mentor others, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you This role provides a healthy base compensation with a highly attractive piece structure. (We've been told it's the best in NWA) Our ideal candidate naturally operates with integrity and character and has a hunger and drive that cannot be taught.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Lead and supervise junior installers and helpers
• Ensure all installations meet code and manufacturer specs
• Read blueprints and follow installation instructions
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work sites
• Communicate clearly with customers and the team
• Complete all job documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC install experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and system schematics
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
