We are seeking a dedicated and personable Part Time or Full Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our hotel or resort. Your responsibilities will encompass managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional guest services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong communication skills.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist in managing room assignments and availability.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest relations.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with experience in front desk operations preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address guest concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
