Construction Estimator

We're seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to support construction estimating and proposal efforts from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive bids. Candidates must have Commercial Construction estimating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Develop and submit bids and proposals within project timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and RFQs for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and clients.
• Track estimates, maintain cost databases, and support pricing updates.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and job costing.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office; CAD experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical or construction-related degree preferred.
