Dental Hygiene Assistant/ Sterilization Tech

Our pediatric & adult dental practice is looking for a Dental Sterilization Technician/Hygiene Assistant who is kind-hearted, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards
• Operate autoclaves and maintain sterilization logs and spore testing records
• Maintain organized instrument flow and sterile storage areas
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and turned over efficiently
• Monitor supplies and alert team when reordering is needed

• Assist hygienists with room setup and breakdown
• Prepare patients and rooms for hygiene appointments
• Patient Education
• Clinical Charting
• Coronal Polishing
• Support patient comfort and flow during busy schedules
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in hygiene areas

• Warm, friendly, and teamoriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to follow protocols and infection control standards
• Dental or medical office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
