Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bath Aide (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, focusing on bathing, grooming, and hygiene needs, while providing a safe, comfortable, and dignified experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene according to their care plan.
  • Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and safety throughout personal care activities.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
  • Assist with other activities of daily living as needed, including dressing, mobility, and toileting.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska is required.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient demeanor.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move residents as needed safely.
