Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by organizing merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining cleanliness of the store
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong sales acumen to drive revenue and meet targets
- Ability to conduct product demos to highlight key features
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store layout and manage inventory
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of technical sales for product understanding and recommendations
- Fluency in Spanish or multilingual abilities is a plus
