We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, adhering to food safety standards, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and must be able to take direction well.

Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Ensure that all food items are stored and handled properly.
• Set up and break down workstations.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
