This position is supporting Los Angeles-based subsidiary, Sprialcute International, Inc. and is based in Los Angeles. Currently the position is remote, work from home and will become hybrid in the near future.
Role Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Business and Franchise Officer. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, documents and correspondence
- Provide calendar management across multiple international time zones.
- Coordinate team in person and virtual meetings, events, and prepare agendas.
- Assist in project management through tracking deadlines and facilitating communication across multiple teams.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects, reports, and presentations; undertaking research projects as and when needed.
- Organize travel, accommodation, transport and transfers and draft itineraries.
- Administer monthly expense reports & tracking.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ yrs of solid administrative support experience highly preferred.
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual English/Japanese desirable.
- Self-starter, pro-active, organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident to liaise at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in entertainment sector is considered an asset
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
Skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite of applications and general comfort with learning new software applications. Ability to design and edit presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in consumer products, pop culture, and "kawaii culture" a plus.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The pay rate/range for this role is $36.00-$42.00 per hour, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
This position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision options. Employer paid life insurance and long term disability. As well as 10 paid holidays, PTO and sick pay.
