Looking for strong Senior Data Engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and want real ownership. This role is ideal for someone who can move quickly, build scalable systems, and help shape the engineering culture as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Design and evolve scalable data products, pipelines, and system architectures
• Translate business needs into simple, high-impact technical solutions
• Own features end-to-end: ideation → design → build → deploy → maintain
• Build clean, efficient code and elevate engineering best practices
• Optimize CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring systems
• Debug complex issues and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Integrate AI frameworks to speed development and enhance product functionality
• Implement monitoring/alerting for mission-critical systems
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• Create clear, useful technical documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software or data engineering
• Strong SQL + modern data stack (Snowflake, DBT, etc.)
• 2+ years building within healthcare tech
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages
• 3+ years with AWS or similar cloud environments
• Deep experience with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and cloud architecture
• Proven success shipping greenfield projects quickly and sustainably
• Strong communicator and team collaborator
• Experience with or exposure to AI-powered tools/products
