Role Description

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to deliver on-site functional support for our Marketing & Sales technology ecosystem. in this role, you will serve as a key resource within our enterprise Application Management Services (AMS) team, supporting Salesforce and .NET-based Marketing & Sales platforms. You will help ensure stable daily operations, resolve incidents with urgency, and enhance the overall user experience.

This position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore support partners to maintain system reliability, streamline processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements across our Marketing & Sales applications.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in application support or functional support roles within an AMS environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and .NET-based Marketing & Sales applications.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales business processes and workflows.
  • Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and problem-management practices.
  • Ability to work closely with offshore teams and collaborate across multiple support tiers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage business users effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX for the full contract duration.
