Position Overview

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Brand Representative to promote our exclusive overnight round-trip VIP flight package from Santa Monica to Las Vegas. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in luxury sales, client engagement, and brand storytelling.

The Product

• Overnight Round-Trip Flight: Depart Santa Monica in the evening, enjoy a seamless private flight to Las Vegas.
• Vegas Night Experience: Indulge in curated dining, premium entertainment, and VIP treatment throughout the night.
• Morning Return: Fly back before rush hour begins, ensuring clients arrive refreshed and ready for the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Acquisition

• Drive sales of the VIP flight package through direct outreach, networking, and luxury lifestyle channels.

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and influencers.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with persuasive, tailored pitches.

• Brand Representation

• Serve as the face of the brand at events, showcases, and client meetings.

• Communicate the exclusivity and convenience of the overnight Vegas experience.

• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materials.

• Client Experience

• Provide concierge-level service from inquiry to booking.

• Ensure clients feel valued, informed, and excited about their VIP journey.
• Gather feedback to refine and elevate the overall experience.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited 4-year university.

• Proven success in sales, luxury hospitality, or premium travel services.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Passion for luxury travel, entertainment, and client satisfaction.
