We're currently looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team at Metro Dental Associates in Morristown, NJ If you're an experienced assistant with an active Dental Radiology license and a passion for patient care, this is your opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, positive energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that truly supports and celebrates you.

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment.
• Take digital dental X-rays accurately using dexis software.
• Prepare materials for dental procedures (e.g., fillings, impressions, crowns).
• Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed.
• Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in the dental software.
• Manage dental instruments and tools, passing them to the dentist as needed during procedures.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.

• Must hold a current New Jersey Dental Radiologic Technologist (DRT) license to take X-rays

• Working Dental Assisting experience 
• Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care 
• Someone who thrives in a team-first, people-focused environment 

• CPR/BLS certification preferred
