Nibboh Magnets is a leading manufacturer of high-performance permanent magnets, headquartered in Tianjin, China. With over 10 years of experience and ISO 9001:2015 certification, we specialize in producing bonded, injection-molded, and sintered NdFeB magnets for consumer electronics, automotive, micro-motors, and other precision applications.

As part of our global growth strategy, we are expanding into the U.S. market, building a local sales and support team to better serve North American customers. We welcome talented individuals to join us and grow with our U.S. expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive U.S. market expansion by identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities in any industry that uses magnets, including but not limited to automotive, electronics, micro-motors, and manufacturing sectors.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, including key decision-makers, purchasing managers, and distributors.

  • Conduct product presentations, provide technical information, and assist customers in matching our magnets to their applications.

  • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business, while prioritizing new client acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the international team to coordinate orders, shipments, and customer support.

  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report market feedback to management.

  • Travel to client sites as needed for meetings, presentations, and relationship building.

  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads, network, and expand market presence.

Qualifications (Updated)

  • Must be a U.S. local resident with legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — clear, confident, and persuasive.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to engage with engineers, purchasing teams, and executives.

  • Customer-service mindset — proactive in understanding customer needs and providing solution-oriented support.

  • Fast learner, able to grasp technical product knowledge (magnet applications) and continuously learn new industries and markets.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or new client acquisition.

  • Experience in automotive, electronics, motor, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred (existing client network is a plus).

  • Highly proficient in using online tools and platforms to develop new leads (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email outreach tools, online databases).

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision

You will receive a base salary of $40,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

In addition to the base salary, the role includes a commission incentive plan based on generated sales revenue and/or profit margin.

Our top performers typically achieve On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000 – $120,000+ per year, depending on achievement.
