• Freeman Construction is hiring an experienced plumber for residential and commercial projects in the Miami area.

We are looking for a responsible and skilled professional who can read and work directly from blueprints and technical plans with minimal supervision.

Position Overview

The plumber will perform all aspects of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair according to construction plans and specifications.
You will coordinate directly with project managers and general contractors to ensure code.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work directly from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Install, repair, and maintain water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Assemble and install pipes and fittings using PVC, copper, or PEX.
• Install plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pressure issues.
• Verify that all work complies with local plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Supervise and train plumbing helpers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and work accurately from blueprints is required.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods.
• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• English NOT required – Spanish speakers are welcome.
• Must be dependable, organized, and safety-conscious.

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Plumbing License (a plus).
• Experience with residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate with other trades and follow construction schedules.
